Shut down shortcut

How to create a SHUT DOWN shortcut..??

-open notepad and type " shutdown -s"
-save it with extension .BAT (e.g. surprise.bat, gift.bat)
-go to desktop and right click there
-select new-shortcut
-click on browse and browse the .bat extension file
-click on next and then finish
-right click on the shortcut and select properties option
-click on change icon
-select an icon which you want
now its ready if you double click on this icon your system will get shutdown in less than a minute..
