u cn easily make it..wid command prompt(cmd)
> open run(win key+r)- type cmd
 Now type these commands :
> netsh wlan show drivers
> netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Spydy(Netwrokname) key=spydy7777(password)
> netsh wlan start hostednetwork

okay ur hotspot is ready..now search and connect..

if u wanna share ur internet connection wid it..itz simple..

> jst open run and typ ncpa.cpl
> now u will get some dial up connections.. open properties of dialup(where u r getting internet)
> go to sharing and check "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection"
now in home networking connection- Hackyboy(select d hostednetwork just now u created)

Customize right click option in win7/8 without any software. .

Itz very simple just follow these steps :
> run:  regedit
> expand : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\DesktopBackground
> right click on Shell
> new - key : type the shortcut name
> now right click on d key u created now
> select new-key : type "command"
(key name should be command only)
> now on right u cn see a string value called default. right click on it and click modify
> now copy the application location and paste it on d value data

now go to desktop n chk it out. . ;)

remember itz only applicable for applications not for folder. . :)

Its very easy to change just follow this steps:
1- open run (win key+r)
2- type: regedit and press enter
3- expand and go to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\LogonUI\Background
4- double click on OEMBackground and change the value from 0 to 1
5- now open computer
6- go to root drive (ex- c,d,e.. anything)
7- open C-windows-system32-oobe
8- create a folder with name info
9- open info folder and create a folder name Backgrounds
10- paste the picture in this folder which u want to keep as logon pic
11- rename the pic as Backgrounddefault
(remember the size of pic must be less than 300KB
now lock your computer and check it... :P;)

Block website without any software

How to block any websites without softwares..??

1. To block websites we need to edit host file which is usually in C:/Windows/system32/drivers /etc
2. To edit host file open notepad click open and go to  C:/Windows/System32/drivers /etc
3. Open the host.file which looks like image
4. Now enter 127.0.0.1   and  the "website you want block " without quotes

5. You can add all the websites that you want to block  in the same format and finally click save 
That's it we have successfully blocked  websites by editing the hosts file
6. If you find it difficult to do it manually every time  you can make a batch file to block  websites
